Role Description:
• Responsible for enterprise wide implementation of Client's Cognos Business Intelligence systems.
• Function as the technical expert with all Client's systems involving reporting applications.
• Identify improvements to reporting standards to achieve high quality services / products.
• Plan all required process steps.
• Excellent client communication skills including customer service.
• Excellent troubleshooting skill including, but not limited to, technical issues and business process related issues.
• Candidate should be able to work in a team environment or independently.
