Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic Hire Only Quality Assurance Analyst need to have Business Objects, Web Intelligence Reporting, Crystal Reporting and strong SQL execution.  Retail would be nice also. Quality Assurance Analyst Project Description: This is a project that includes the design, development and implementation of an industry standard package for a comprehensive Real Estate and SD&C Document Management solution. The Real Estate system is used to manage strategic and transactional real estate information and processes. It houses the core source data and information for our lease plans, capital and non-capital deals, centers, stores, competitors, co-tenancy, and leases. Position Description: • QA Analyst. Resource will be an individual contributor working with a larger functional and technical team to test data and Business Objects reporting that has been developed for store design and construction business. The resource will be required to work with team members from multiple vendors and LBI. Resource will report directly to the testing lead on the project. Application / Skill Expertise Required: • Do we need any specific technology experience here? Knowledge of the following is preferred: • Business Objects • Web Intelligence Reporting • Crystal Reporting • Strong in SQL preparation & Execution • Proficient with HP Quality Center for creating & executing test cases, tracking defects, and reporting • Exposure across range of testing types such as, but not limited to, system, integration, regression, performance and user acceptance testing Analyze requirements , designs & come up with Test Scenarios & Test Cases • Create/Review test cases in Quality Center • Execute & Validate WEBI & Crystal Reports • Write and Execute SQL • Capture results in detailed test scripts in MS Excel • Use HP Quality Center to log test steps, results and document defects • Attend daily defect status meeting & provide status updates Skill Level: • Minimum 5 years of QA experience • Proficient in Testing Business Object WebI & Crystal Reports • Ability to develop complex queries using SQL • Understanding of BI/DW design principles, methodologies & techniques • Hands on experience of testing BI Business Objects including testing of database tables and front end analytics • Proficient with HP Quality Center for creating scripts, tracking defects, and reporting • Initiative & ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal guidance or direction. • Good data analysis and debugging skills • Understanding of SDLC • Expertise using MS Excel • Excellent communication • Retail industry experience
