Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face The purpose of an IIS Engineer within the Customer Solutions support group is to maintain, monitor, and manage a suite of business critical applications (3rd party and in-house developed) within a fast paced support environment. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in Windows and IIS on both server and Application side. Applicants are expected to be independent problem solvers who are self-directed and self-starting.  Must be able to answer detailed questions around .Net application framework (for Application support) and IIS configuration.   Minimum of five years of experience with IIS In depth experience with both Server and Application architecture engineering and support. Experience with Windows 2003 and/or Windows 2008 Server Experience with operational support of Windows based applications Deploying applications into .NET Strong customer service focus including an emphasis on customer satisfaction Must demonstrate strong communication skills - both written and oral  Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing needs and requirements Strong organizational skills including the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple activities. Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently
