Bachelors Degree
10 + years Development & testing using Unix shell script, PL/SQL scripts , SQL queries, SQL Server and Tomcat
10 + years Experience of working in detail with Investment Banking products and processes.

Solid SQL skills, very good technical understanding of Unix, SQL server, Oracle PL/SQL & Sybase.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to present the findings to the business users.
Excellent MS Office skills (esp. Visio, Excel, Word) and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
Ability to design, write and execute test cases.
Demonstrable ability to communicate and build relationships with members of the business and technology communities.
Financial Domain knowledge
Knowledge of the functions of an investment banking Compliance department.
Experience of working with the Compliance function within an Investment Bank.
Quick learner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with numerous tasks simultaneously and with frequently changing priorities.
Must be independent and creative in approach to problems and issues; assertive, tenacious, proactive
Must be able to represent self and team with proper maturity and diplomacy to business and technical staff at many levels of the organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in documenting requirements and specifications.
