looking for a Salesforce Administrator

Duration/Term:        12-18 months

KEY REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Salesforce Administration
• BACKEND Salesforce Development
• Modification to Custom Apex Code
• ETL experience
• Data Cleansing
• Data Loading 
• Working with LARGE Data Sets 
• Salesforce Development (desired)
• Java Development (Desired) 

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Four or more years of experience in a software development role (in addition to the Administration experience).
• Experience programming with Java.
• Solid experience as a Salesforce developer and administrator.
• Knowledge of Web Services development using WebSphere or similar application server.
• Knowledge of additional software lifecycle phases including testing, deployment, maintenance and support.

Familiarity with configuration management concepts and tools.
