| MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face(Skype Possible) 1. Research, plan, estimate, design, and develop software while taking high-level requirements to produce robust solutions within predefined timelines, scope limitations, and in accordance with business needs; 2. Follow the agile development methodology, while demonstrating complete latitude for independent judgment. 3. Create design patterns and data structures that promote scalability, security, reliability and maintainability. 4. Design and develop functionality / processes involving technologies including but not limited to C#/ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, WPF, SOA, SSRS, & T-SQL 5. Interface with the business development teams to establish/clarify business requirements and produce actionable technical direction; 6. Suggest and demonstrate software development and quality process improvements [e,g, new tools, methods, debugging techniques] 7. Establish and communicate best practices for architecture, design and development methods across product teams and business groups. Facilitate agreements across products and product lines that clarify priorities and enable coordinated timely delivery. 8. Stay current with industry standards and technological innovations to make sound implementation decisions and drive the build/buy strategy across groups and senior management. 9. Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within our Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; 10. Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company. Qualifications: 1. 8+ years of experience in software architecture and development. C#/ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, WPF, SOA, SSRS, & T-SQL, .NET 3.5+ experience is required; 2. Keen knowledge of agile development methodologies is a must. 3. Strong analysis, design, coding and testing skills required (knowledge of SDLC methodologies); 4. Must have proven track-record implementing product design, code and process optimizations that enable significant improvements in performance, scalability, security, reliability and maintainability measurements. 5. Must be a methodical and pragmatic problem-solver who is afforded confidence and trust by project stakeholders. 6. BS degree in computer sciences, engineering, or related field. 7. Must be team-oriented, deadline driven, self-motivated, articulate, detail-oriented, creative, and personable; Must have strong active listening and persuasion capabilities 8. Experience working with medical claims datasets and components, including CPT, HCPCS, ICD9 Diag. & Procedures, DRG, Revenue codes, POS, Specialty Taxonomy, Lab, Pharmacy and respective data structures is a plus. 9. Experience with health care clinical and claims data and the associated regulatory environment is a plus. |
