Urgent Need: “Sr Peoplesoft Financials Developer” in Harrisburg, PA

Description:

We are currently seeking a Peoplesoft Financials Developer with Performance Tuning Skills for our client in the Harrisburg, PA area.

This position is for a very high-level Technical Specialist with proven expertise in PeopleSoft Development for FINANCIAL MODULES (GL, AP, Cash Management, Deal Management, Debt Management).

This resource will be responsible for providing technical expertise on PeopleSoft development for these Financials modules. The candidate will also evaluate, direct and support PeopleSoft system enhancements.

Demonstrated and documented experience tuning Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, AppServer, customized Financials Batch Processes, SQL Server, and file reading & writing performance for large interface files is critical for candidates to be considered for this position.

 

Responsibilities Will Include:

·         Technical design, development, testing, tuning, and migration of modifications and enhancements.

·         Interaction with users to troubleshoot problems and gather requirements.

·         Track and document changes to functional and technical specifications.

·         Application maintenance, troubleshooting and support for all PeopleSoft systems.

·         Design, develop, and thoroughly unit test enhancements, interfaces, workflow, reports, data conversion using PeopleSoft tools.

 

Required Skills:

·         PeopleSoft Financials Modules GL, AP, Cash Management, Deal Management, Debt Management  Required 8 Years

·         PeopleSoft Version 9.1

·         PeopleTools

·         People Tools Version 8.50+

·         Experience tuning customized Financials Batch Processes - Pay cycle, Voucher Build, Budget Check

·         SQL Server Tuning - Indexing, Table Portioning, Server Tuning Required

·         SQL 2012   a plus

·         Experience tuning Process Scheduler

·         Experience tuning Integration Broker

·         Experience tuning file reading and writing performance for large interface files

·         Experience with XML interface file

·         Experience with PeopleSoft on Windows Server 2008r2

·         Experience tuning AppServer
