Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face Required: 5-8 years of experience .Net/SQL (research, rewriting code, bottle necks) SQL 2005/2008 SSIS big plus JavaScript plus Communication, energetic, reliable, no hand holding, well rounded individual   QUALIFICATIONS To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Analytical: Synthesizes complex of diverse information; Collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data; designs work flows and procedures Technical Skills: Expert in developing business internal and external WEB applications with rich data content, using:   -Microsoft SQL Server 2012 -.NET / C# / MVC -Borland Delphi -Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2 -Crystal Reports or other data merge solutions (MS-Word, PDFs) -Some proprietary reporting and screen-building tools Education/Experience: Exp in application development in a 3-tier environment with strong emphasis on the services layer: Web Services, WCF and OData Data Services. Programming Skills: MS-SQL, C#, ASP.NET (in an MVC architecture), Delphi (preferred v.2006 or later), Entity Framework, Java Script, JQuery. Interpersonal: Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; Maintains confidentiality; Listens to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions under control; Remains open to others’ ideas and tries new things
