Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an I/T business analyst in an HR or Finance function.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and HR
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently
- Excellent organizational skills with proven, dependable follow-through
- Highly resourceful and motivated
- Must be able to communicate effectively with business peers, IT peers, and suppliers to identify technology solutions
