Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: - Telephonic + Face 2 Face Person Requirements Essential A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management or related discipline. Preferred An appropriate combination of education and directly related experience may satisfy this requirement. Experience and Skills required: Essential Hands-on, project experience with WPF and .NET 3.x or 4.x At least 6 years application development experience of which the last 4 years have been on C# technologies. WCF Multi-threading Visual Studio 2008 or later Good OO Design Design patterns (experienced with at least one of the following: MVVM or CAL/Prism). Oracle PL-SQL database programming Test-Driven Development MSTest Proven ability to work within a team environment. Clear and fluent English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make good/sound decisions and use independent judgment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Interested and excited by technology: keeps up to date; regularly reads/writes blogs; participates in SIGs, etc. Preferred Microsoft Expression Blend Good knowledge of Colours /Styling/ graphics/themes Continuous Integration (CC.NET, TeamCity) Full project lifecycle for complex applications MVC design pattern NUnit NCover (or other coverage tools) FXCop Perforce (preferred), ClearCase or other enterprise source control tool. MSBuild
