Skills Required / Role Please provide a concise job specification in 4 to 5 key bullet points (and not a generic one)	a)      At least 7 yrs. of development experience b)      At least 2 years of experience in Leadership (lead role), thereby setting up charter and execution plan and policies for the whole development team.(all components of SDLC process).   c)      Primary iOS developer (hands on).  Java background is a plus. d)     Worked in Agile projects as lead managing the  development team and worked in scrum master capacity e)      Will be responsible for managing iOS development onsite augmented with offshore team if needed. Teams can be different vendors. f)       Experience in JAVA, linux, github, concurrency programming, ESB’s, JMS,  (Hadoop is plus), ETL content processing. g)      Experienced in setting up Test driven development, ContinuousIntegration framework, automated unit testing,  test coverage and technical debt policies.
Band Expected (Example E2.1 etc.)
Years of experience required	a)      At least 7 yrs. of development experience b)      At least 2 years of experience in Leadership (lead role), thereby setting up charter and execution plan and policies for the whole development team.(all components of SDLC process).
