Position: Senior Voice Engineer

Location: San Francisco, CA

Type: Contract

 

Job Description :

  • CCIE
  • really good with rolling out Cisco Unified Call Manager
  • Familiarity with legacy TDM environments as well. 
  • network person with legacy TDM exp who learned the Cisco piece. 
  • infrastructure consists of a cluster of 9 subscribers, 2 separate UCCX clusters, Unity and Cisco emergency responder will be deployed soon & integration with 3rd party applications as well as faxing. 
  • This is the environment they'll be building in the future.  They are looking at Webex/Jabber as the IM (don't need to be an expert in this space just familiar with it). 
  • Outsourced all of the ACD work to Extra-team.
