Job Title : QA Tester
Location: : Jacksonville, FL
Duration : 6+months
Rate: $55/hr – C2C

Responsibilities
The tester will be in charge of providing estimations about data creation, test cases/acceptance test design, test execution, framework design/improvements, scripting tasks, setup environments, etc.
The tester needs to validate whether they will create any complex environments, or any major improvements for the automation framework, before starting the next sprint.
The tester will create acceptance criteria for the user stories for the next sprint, helping the BA's by giving suggestions from a QA perspective regarding standards, user experience, possible performance issues, and future bugs.
Update acceptance criteria according to PO comments and create test cases for the next sprint. • Automate APIs (current sprint). Automate using testing tools the UI and backend processes that are involved in the current sprint.

Qualifications
Experience with automated testing tools and best practices with those tools.
Experience with Agile teams required.
Experience leading testing best practices.
Ability to automate scripts using Microsoft testing tool sets.
Ability to run and document results of manual tests.
Team Foundation Server 2013 Preferred.
Microsoft Test Manager 2013.
Quick Test Professional.
Microsoft Office Suite experience.
Experience with automated testing tools and best practices with those tools.
Experience with Agile teams required.

Ability to automate scripts using Microsoft testing tool sets.

Testing of web based applications with Microsoft SQL backend required.
Able to communicate effectively with business user, developers and business analysts.
Other experience must include data analysis, system analysis and problem solving.
Gathering of business requirements and translating into User Stories required.
Ability to learn business quickly and translate into requirements, test cases.
