Title : Lead Business Systems Analyst
Location: Boston, MA

Duration : 6+ months

 

After telephonic F2F interview  

 

Description:

Interact with front, middle and back office technology teams

Document end-to-end process flow in current state

Document proposed changes to process flow

Track solution progress across multiple development teams, capture issues raised, coordinate communication between different teams, escalate areas of concern – core project/program management role

 

Keys to the Position:

10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with the  ability to lead the project and initiatives.  This will not be leading people on the project

Ability to create Flow Charts capturing end to end process flows in great detail

SQL skills - ability to write queries

Strong investment management knowledge as they will be taking projects end to end (Order Entry, Execution, and Reconciliation) involving the Front, Middle and Back Office.  Candidates need to have expertise in at least one of these components.

Derivatives knowledge is extremely valuable.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This will be based in Boston

 

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Investment management knowledge: derivatives knowledge is extremely valuable

Hands-on process documentation – process flow diagrams, not Word documents

Hands-on SQL skills to query data and help analyze issues raised – essential

Extensive hands-on analysis & program/project management experience
