• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and create value to key business stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment.
• Strong people skillsets.

JD : -

·        Continuously evaluates organization structure, and business solutions to enable effective boarding practice.
·        Engages with sales and marketing teams to participate in pipeline meetings;
·        Manages and maintains a strong  process governance practice
·        Established best practices around the reporting and dashboard.
·        Manages team that will provide support to sale and coordinates with multiple teams across the enterprise to ensure all submissions have appropriate requirements for seamless boarding.  
·        Support submission of requests on behalf of the relationship manager;
·        Responsible for keeping updated status on boarding requests by use of appropriate tools;
·        Collaborates with internal groups to resolve any exceptions or issues related to the boarding process;
·        Performs standard quality control tasks
