8+ years' experience in the design, configuration, and administration of the following FileNet P8 5.1 modules:
IBM Content Engine
IBM (BPM) Process Engine
IBM Content Collector (ICC) – File System and Email Archival
IBM Enterprise Records (IER)
Work with multiple FileNet project teams to help resolve issues both within the core FileNet components and with other teams such as server engineering, security, active directory.
Work with other technology areas to facilitate integration with external systems
Exposure in developing and configuring Custom Applications and Web Services in order to customize Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Working knowledge of Linux, AIX, and Windows
Working knowledge of WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Administration console
Participate in the design, development, testing and implementation of required application changes to support the project requirements.
Ensure standards and processes are being followed
Assist application development resources to develop appropriate application documentation based on assigned projects.
Takes the Solution Architect's design and oversees the execution of the design
Leads detailed design sessions with different areas in Comerica, vendors, and clients (if applicable)
Provides input to the Technical Project Manager (TPM) on tasks, statuses, issues, and risks
Leads issue resolution sessions with different areas in Comerica, vendors, and clients (if applicable)
Possesses excellent leadership and people skills
Superior ability to communicate with technical team members and business users
Must be able to learn new material quickly and have strong logical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
At least four years of experience implementing the following ECM technologies :
(Design, Development, Implementation, Administration, Support)
IBM Content Navigator 2.0.2
IBM Case Manager
IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager 5.x
IBM FileNet P8 Business Process Manager 5.x
Preferred:
At least six years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
Ability to work as part of a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience working in Banking and Financial Services domain
IBM Certification as FileNet solution architect preferred
Qualifications:
B.S in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required
