Role	Big data  Solution architect
Mandatory Technical Skills	•           MS / BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field. •           10+ years of experience as a technology leader designing and developing data architecture solutions with more than 3+ years specializing in big data architecture or data analytics. •           Hands on experience in the design of successful very large business data analytics solutions for any subject area e.g. Marketing, 360 view of customer, HR analytics, etc. •           Knowledge and experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop platforms (leading COTS in market ), NoSQL and Map-Reduce •           Experience in designing big data architecture using big data technologies supplementing traditional EDWs on Teradata, etc •           Experience in data modeling and experience with business intelligence systems (dimensional modeling, data mining, predictive analytics). •           Ability to recognize and implement common data patterns and best practices. •           Preferable o          Fair amount of exposure to integrating NO-SQL products , real-time analytics and streaming products , etc o          Exposure in Visualization softwares like Tableue, Qlikview, MStrategy
Responsibilities	Design and implement scalable Big Data architecture solutions for various application needs •Analyze multiple sources of structured and unstructured data to propose and design data architecture solutions for scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, and elasticity •Develop conceptual, logical and physical design for various data types and large volumes •Implement some or all of the Big Data systems in distributed cloud environments •Implement security, encryption best practices for Big Data environments. •Work closely with customers, at a technical and user level, to design and produce solutions
