Job Title: Sr. Java Backend Developer
Location: New York City
Duration: Long Term

Must have skills:
9+ years experience required.
Core Java; Java 7 or 8 preferred

Design skills
Data structures, OOP, Concurrency, Complexity, Caching, etc.
Can articulate different design patterns and their implementation; can articulate why certain concepts/ interfaces are created and how to apply them
Good SQL skills (can write medium SQL statements at minimum)

Please Note: 
If the person involves in front-end work, then he/she will not be strong enough in backend
If the person has used technologies such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, AngularJS, then he/she will not be strong enough in backend
If the person has held mostly 3 months or 6 months jobs, chance is that he/she is not good at design skill
If the person has less than 8 years of real experience, chance is that he/she is not good enough
