Quality Assurance Analyst, Advisory

Harrisburg, PA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews planning documentation for potential testing issues and communicates any issues to appropriate CAI project stakeholder

• Creates test cases from planning documentation

• Executes test cases, documents results, and escalates defects

• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 

• Will travel to client sites "as needed" based on project requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field and a minimum 2 years related IT experience OR 5+ years of related IT experience. 

• Understanding of Quality Testing  and experience using Automated Testing concepts 

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Understanding of SharePoint/documentation sharing tools

• Experience using TFS (Team Foundation Server) and MTM (Microsoft Test Manager)

• Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner.

• Organization & Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinker, Self-motivated and directed,  ability to apply Technical Expertise, Team focused and a Problem Solver and strong interpersonal skills to effectively forge working relationships with CAI stakeholders.
