This position is for a mainframe programmer to do maintenance projects - The candidate will read and understand JCL, Cobol, CICS, TSO, IDMS and related systems.
Job Description
Mainframe Programmer
The candidate will be responsible for the inventory, maintenance and operation of various mainframe applications. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate the mainframe to identify programs and identify dependencies, resolve issues with jobs, and make modifications to code as necessary,
The candidate will read and understand JCL, Cobol, CICS, TSO, IDMS and related systems.
Candidate will be required to create documentation and present to project teams and management.
