Title: Sr. Java Developer

( Pure Backend Java Guy)

Location: NYC

Duration: long term

Client:

Pay rate:  $

65  

 

Responsibilities:

Understand customer's business challenges/goals and arrive at value added Technology Solutions, define Technology direction and Roadmap
Define the Architecture
Design Systems at the component level, makes strategic technology choices, and directly supervise the quality of designs and implementation inside and between components
Guide a team of Engineers – offshore and onsite in design and code
Have mastery of relevant technologies – including Proprietary languages
Ensure Industry defined Best Practices are followed in Design and Coding
Work with Sales/Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities with customer and transform to Projects (business development)
Ensure Design and Code quality (project delivery)
Work with distributed teams for delivery and execution of Projects (project delivery)

 

Must have:

10+ years of experience with Bachelor degree in Computer Science preferred
Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle

Good to have:

Knowledge on Angular JS is a plus.
Digital Advertising ecosystem knowledge is advantage
Knowledge on Google Cloud Platform
