Role description:
Need a resource for Mainframe Replatforming Project – Mainframe skills, really need some IMS/DC skills.
Responsible for the design and documentation of the overall application migration cookbook and the development of offshore coding

standards and templates, will be involved in Application shadowing and interview sessions, quality assurance reviews, hands on migration work, and significant technical problem solving, management of the offshore development team and onshore application migration consultants who will migrate the application, development of test approach for migrated application, and actual test execution and management.
