Hi All,

I am Karthik, a Technical Recruiter with Oberon IT.INC. I have a requirement with one of our direct clients.

 

Blue Cross Blue Shield of FL/Florida Blue located in Jacksonville, FL. It is a 6 month contract.

 

·         MUST have ICD-10 and Diamond experience

 

Business Info Consultant

Bachelors

 

Job Description:           

The Business Information Consultant will provide support to the business  during the remediation of business rules for the ICD-10 Program. This includes refining the approach, assisting the business with the analysis of the business rules to ensure the correct ICD-10 code is applied to the rule while retaining the intent of the rule. 

 

This resource will be accountable for the following activities:

            Bring a methodology for rule remediation

            Manage the remediation process

            Assist the business with the analysis of the rules

            Put an approval and validation process in place

            Assist with the rule testing strategy and sceanrio development (with BCBSA, the business partners and the Program PM)

            Participate in the BRR Controllership

 

 

Job Requirements:       

1. Has a strong knowledge of Payer business processes with an emphasis on the Service Organization and Delivery System

2. Has the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization (Sr. Director to business SME)

3. Has strong business analysis skills

4. Has the ability to develop high-level strategy plans and the associated tactical plans

5. Has a good knowledge of the applications/systems that support the business processes

6. Can speak the business language and the IT language

7. SDLC knowledgeable
