Position: Interwoven Teamsite Admin

 

Location: Denver, CO

 

Experience Level: (4+ years)

 

Long term Contract

 

Must Have Skills:  Interwoven Teamsite Admin

 

- Provide Level 2 production support for the Enterprise  Web Content Management (Interwoven Teamsite).

- Perform application configuration changes, version upgrades, patches across all environments through to Production

- Perform application administration tasks, user access privileges, workflow configuration, etc.

- Obtain knowledge and document business usage processes; content pushes

- Proactively identify issues and resolve

- Resolve issues raised by other teams

- Coordinate with various  teams and business users for builds, issue, problem, and change management processes.

- Document operational SOPs where required
