The proposed Candidate must be able to perform assigned work on-site at the L&I headquarters in Tumwater, WA.
Candidate Skills and Experience
Preferred Skills and Experience - L&I prefers that the Candidate possess substantial knowledge in all of these fields as evidenced by previous contracts or projects, published reports, and their skills and experience. Candidates with additional applicable experience skills will be scored higher.
Required Experience:
Consulting with project and core team members to determine options for solutions to technical problems through detailed analysis.
Communication of recommendations through formal written analysis or oral presentations.
Microsoft suite of desktop tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Project
2 years experience with Visual Studio 2010 and .Net 4.0
6-8 years experience with .Net and 3 years with VB.Net
Experience with Windows Communication Foundation and developing Web Services
Experience in developing XML Schema's and service contracts using contract first approach.
6-8 years of experience with SQL Server 2005/ 2008 and ADO.Net
5+ years of Team foundation Server experience with at least 2 in TFS 2008 or above.
6-8 years of experience in developing loosely coupled, service oriented applications.
2 years of experience in unit testing and load testing Web Services using web service test tools e.g. SOAPUI
6-8 years of experience in software design documentation and knowledge transfer
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation or Silverlight
Experience with Thinktecture WSCF. Blue Toolset for developing contract first web services
Experience with LINQ
Familiarity with Java and Oracle based Web Services Product e.g. AmberPoint
Familiarity with other ESB / Web Services Stack
