Description:
The contract position requested will be responsible for performing the tasks needed to contribute to the design, implementation, and support processes of the CommVault disk backup system. Qualified candidates will need to be knowledgeable of storage management tools, particularly CommVault, and storage management methodologies. They will also need skills with Windows server operating system environment, plus server and storage hardware administration. The work will be assigned and monitored by the section chief and Storage and Backup leaders assigned to the Commvault Migration Project.
REQUIRED:
Change management - 5+ Yrs.
Project Management experience - 5+ Yrs.
Awareness of IT infrastructure * - 5+ Yrs.
Good interpersonal skills * - 5+ Yrs.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail *- 5+ Yrs.
Information Technology - Operating Systems Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server - 3+ Yrs.
Monitor and maintain software and hardware for optimal performance
Configure new system components - 5+ Yrs.
Install new hardware and software * - 5+ Yrs.
MS Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition - 3+ Yrs.
MS Windows Server 2008R2 - 3+ Yrs.
Server backups * -5+ Yrs.
Backup and recovery techniques *
SAN architecture - 3+ Yrs.
