Job Description:

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters who can help to place our Bench Consultants.

We are looking for people who have excellent communication skills.

The candidate will be individual contributor recruiter who will be responsible to hire/placed IT professionals on various skills.

Will perform a high number of warm and cold calls (phone) to develop leads and business opportunities with candidate prospects.

Require active coordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management, offer discussions, and on-boarding.
