	The Finance department at Infosys is responsible for tracking and reporting the financial health and performance of the company (including all the subsidiaries).   What They Do: v  Managing all regulatory compliances across the organization, across geographies v  Managing investor relations v  Reviewing and analyzing all business contracts v  Preparing and filing all tax returns and keeping abreast of changing tax compliances across the globe v  Liaising with statutory authorities, banks and other financial institutions v  Monitoring and controlling corporate budgets v  Monitoring the internal and external risks for the organization and ensuring effective controls are in place v  Providing effective reports and analysis including forecasts for management decisions What are they looking for: The Business Finance Team today is looking for professionals with hard skills such as budgeting, forecasting, knowledge of various financial models, transaction-oriented proficiencies and professionals with strong business acumen.   Role   Job Level   Experience   Job Location ConnectInfy Requisition Title Associate Finance 4 0 to 3 Years Bangalore Associate Finance   Please Note: 1.       We are hiring only qualified Chartered Accountants [CA]. Graduates/MBA would not be eligible. 2.       Only experience post articleship would be considered. A scheduled Recruitment Initiative has been planned on 20th July 2012 (Friday) for Business Finance in Bangalore.
