Title: Senior .Net Developer
Duration: 5-10 Months Contract + extendable
Locations: Silver Spring. MD
Job Description:
• Able to design and develop web applications using both .NET and JAVA related technologies.
• Design and develop intuitive, fast-loading, cross-browser, and cross-platform web applications
• Create ordering application web pages using C# & ASP.NET or JAVA/JSP Platform.
• Able to convert the prototyped application into real applications within short time.
• Able to provide technical leadership in the planning, designing, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of Web applications.
• Able to define and develop the most efficient solution for the business requirement.
• Create Complex SQL queries, Stored procedures, functions and packages to extract data from various databases for data analysis and generating reports.
• Conduct project related presentations and walkthroughs.
• Communicate the project status to all stake holders.
• Create and deliver user/technical documentation.
Required Skills
• Web UI Development : CSS, HTML, DHTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
• .NET Technologies : ASP.NET, C#, AD).NET, Web Services ( Must )
• JAVA Technologies : WebLogic, JDBC, J2EE,JSP
• Languages: JAVA, C#
• RDBMS / DBMS: Oracle, SQL Server 2005/2008 using T-SQL.
• Reporting Tools: Crystal Reports 8.0/9.0/10, SQL Server 2005 Reports, Data Report.
• Operating Systems: WINDOWS 7/Vista/XP/NT/2000/2003.
Desired Skills
• Master degree in Computer Science or Arts is a big plus.
• 8 years minimum as a web application developer, with extensive experience in a lead / architect role
• Minimum 3+ yrs of experience in enterprise level web application development.
• Minimum 3 yrs of Javascript/CSS/PHP development experience.
• Deep experience in Webservices, C#, WCF, ASP.Net and all platform level XML capabilities
• Able to meet project deliverables with limited technical guidance.
• Solid T-SQL and/or PL-SQL experience
• Experience working with common software design patterns and component libraries inclusive of Enterprise Library
