KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
We need a Cisco voice support engineer to join the team. This year long contract will be based in The person will be working with Cisco Call manger , Cisco Unity, Cisco protocols to support the end customer. They need someone who can come in and work in a support role there in Austin.
This job is a perfect opportunity to enhance your skills working with Cisco networking issues in a live environment, troubleshooting issues with the system and helping customers resolve their issues. Your experience working with Cisco technologies, especially with Cisco Voice equipment, and Voice protocols will help you succeed at this position.
Job Requirements:
Troubleshooting issues professional
· Experience with Cisco technology
· Experience with working in a technical support environment
· Experience with some of these technologies
o Video
o Voice (CUCM, Unity, Cisco, VOIP)
o Network troubleshooting
o Lan/WAN
· Cisco telepresence/Tandberg highly desired
