Very Urgent Need – "Sr Business Analyst/Data Analyst" in Newark, NJ

Duration : 6+ Months

 

Description:

·         Develop the functional and non- functional requirements specifications

·         Develop requirements-  functional and non-functional and establishing traceability matrices

·         Meet with business and technical team members to identify/validate business rules  (Working with the ETL team lead, Data Architects, ETL architect) at least 6 -10  years experience as a Data Analyst /Business Analyst , within the Healthcare Industry

·         Critical communications role by interacting with users (business domain) and with developers and testing personnel (technical domain)

·         Source to Target mapping document

·         Ability to perform data profiling using SQL

·         Should have experience in Source to Target Mapping and documenting Business Rules/Use Cases

 

Required:

·         10  years' experience as a Data Analyst /Business Analyst with a minim of 5 years of work experience in DW/BI/ODS applications

·         The Business Data Analyst should be helping to improve business processes through investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a data life cycle in terms of business functions and processes.

·         Must have strong understanding of HealthCare Domain end to end Healthcare Payer business knowledge.

·         Through understanding of SDLC methodology both waterfall and agile

·         Ability to understand data models (both relational /dimensional) although background in data modeling is a huge plus

·         Should be able to facilitate requirements in a group setting

·         Strong communication & documentation skills (written and verbal)
