Role	Senior Java Developer
Mandatory Technical Skills	• Min 7+ years of software DEVELOPMENT experience • 5+ years of JAVA/J2EE experience with n-tier applications • Very Strong JAVA core knowledge • Strong OO design concepts knowledge, JAVA design Patterns and principles • Web Services, SOA , REST , SOAP – server and client side experience • Experienced in Struts & MVC architecture • Spring, Hibernate experience/knowledge • SQL experience – Oracle DB, JPA and/or named queries • In depth knowledge of Concurrency , Multithreading and Java5/JEE • Good Communication skills & Team player able to work individually, if needed
Desirable Technical Skills	• PL/SQL , SQL Tuning and DB Design concept experience • IBM Websphere and RAD experience • JMS knowledge or experience • Architecture and refactoring experience preferred • 3rd party(Vendor) Integration experience is a plus • Security, Authorization & Authentication knowledge is a plus
Desirable Functional Skills	• Hands on developer needed. Person with only high level knowledge not desirable
Total Experience Required	7+ Years
Work Location	San Jose
Duration	6 Months - extendable to 1 Year
