JOB FUNCTIONS:-
Business Analyst:-
Must have: experience in analytical modeling, especially relating to creating optimal products based on data analysis - Must have: expertise in translating analytical model results into business language to drive decision making - Experience in business rules and data analysis - Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Preferred: experience eliciting, documenting, and organizing business requirements for large projects - Preferred: good knowledge of systems development lifecycle –
Preferred: experience in the secondary mortgage market and knowledge of mortgage loan servicing data attributes. Day to day activities include - analyzing, documenting, and refining system functions to provide optimal value to the business - detailed analysis of system defects and identifying impact to business requirements/assessing impact to customer - assessing business policy and translating into system requirements - writing business requirements and communicating these requirements effectively to a large, cross-functional team.
