ESSENTIAL DUITIES AND DESCRIPTIONS

 

Provide technical leadership in regards to design, development and testing of an automated framework using Cucumber and/or Selenium

Formulate a design architecture that makes possible automated testing and at the same time feasible so that Dev and QA can use it.

Engage Development and QA with POCs, demos, trainings and presentations and gather feedback that can then be integrated into the final product of our automated testing framework

Integrate any test automation framework with existing tools that are built in house or that are third party tools Ability to lead and mentor a team of Software Engineer / Test (SET) in the development of an automated testing framework

 Researches 3rd party libraries and tools to better assist in the testing framework7

 

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience working on designing, developing or maintaining a test framework

5+ years of experience in core Java technology and multi-threading concepts with strong OOP skills Experience leading a team in development of testing frameworks

Good Project Management skills

Strong SQL Experience preferably in Oracle Solid comprehension of automation techniques and strong coding skills

Knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycle

Strong understanding and experience with Cucumber Experience with Selenium a plus

Experience with middleware technology (such as Tibco) a plus

Good knowledge of UNIX systems.

Academic Qualifications: BS in Computer Science
