1. Strong experience in n-Tier software architectures
2. Ability to debug and resolve difficult technical problems and system bottlenecks
3. Recommend solutions and help application development team resolve technical performance problems
4. Demonstrable experience with .NET/J2EE Applications, mainly .NET applications
5. Guide application development teams regarding the potential solutions for their respective applications
6. Build an overall roadmap for performance testing within the organization evaluating different products and build a best size fit framework within the organization
