Hope you are doing great today! I have an urgent  Siebel QA Manager  in Minneapolis, MN  . The client is willing to interview and hire immediately. The interview will happen over phone followed by Skype. No F2F required.

Role :  Siebel QA Manager

Location :  FortWorth, TX

JD:

•    Functional testing experience in Siebel ver 7.8 or above in atleast 2 projects.
•    2 to 3 years of experience in Automation and Performance testing
•    Must have delivery experience in onsite-offshore model and managed team size of up to 25 resources
•    Worked in the capacity of Developer, Business Analyst and Test manager in past projects
•    Possess leadership skills driving testing excellence, improving quality, metrics driven, value add, strong believer in governance
•    Very good communication, analytical, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
•    Experience of managing senior stakeholders across Business, IT
Must have experience of managing overall Quality in at least one large program involving integration of multiple applications across all test phases and test types like System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, Performance Testing, Mobile Apps testing, Security Testing, et.
