Rate : Market.

 

The candidate MUST Have EXCEPTIONAL Communication and personality

 

Must-haves
3-5 years experience with Javascript
Experience with ExtJS – absolute must
GIT or similar version control
Great Communication Skills

 

Plusses
Backend Java experience Spring or Hibernate

 

Day-to-Day
The first week of their project they will be learning the industry side of the business. During the second week the employee will be responsible for basic bugg fixes. By the third week they will be fully engaged and working on feature development for the this clients core application. This employee will be working in a small team (2-3 people) and will be responsible for developing and designing new features on the UI.
