The Software Development Engineer is responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle for new and existing programs. The position involves daily interaction with other team members and members of other departments within the company to deliver a quality product in a timely manner.
Design, modify, implement, and document software application changes.
Provide accurate estimation of development effort and input into project timelines.
Maintain responsibility of assigned tasks by using experience and knowledge of environment to make development decisions - Work in a challenging cross-functional team environment.
Work under the supervision of a Team Lead or Manager
Other job related duties as assigned

Education/Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related area (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Services, Management Information Services) or equivalent industry experience.
3+ years of experience developing applications using C#
5+ years of experience developing applications for a Windows operating system platform
Exhibits excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Working experience with OO design and implementation, including 3-tier design
Solid understanding of design patterns and refactoring
Exhibits strong analysis and problem solving skills
Microsoft .NET framework
Networking and multi threading concepts
Objective C/iOS is a plus
