Process Description: The process Respond to Online Banking and Retail customer's inquiries via the internet through authenticated and unauthenticated email channels. Utilizes multi-tasking abilities to research and assist external and internal bank customers in providing a complete and comprehensive response to the customer.
 
Requirements:
·         B.Com / B. Sc graduates only
·         Experience: 0 to 24 months in any industry
·         Should be able to type in the range of 25 wpm
·         Should possess basic banking and MS Excel knowledge
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills (including reading comprehension, grammatical and spelling skills)
·         Strong problem solving/analytical skills
·         Must be flexible with rotational night shifts

Hyderabad: Building Number 5A, Mind Space - Raheja IT Park, HITEC City, Madhapur,Hyderabad-500081
Date: 4 & 5 October
Time: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
