Duration: 6+ months
Description:
- Perform implementation, testing, administer and maintain SharePoint sites
- Perform custom application development utilizing SharePoint technologies
- Configure, manage, and administer multi-server SharePoint 2007/2010 Farms, including troubleshooting performance degradation, analyzing error files and diagnosing problems.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SharePoint, IIS, SQL and FAST Server.
- Support multiple .NET development team SharePoint solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with cross-sectional teams.
- Implement and document new processes, procedures, technology and tools to improve productivity, product quality and performance
- Create and maintain site collection libraries, lists, custom forms, Webparts, dashboards, and develop custom workflows
- Maintain SharePoint users through SharePoint Central Administration
- Apply patches and cumulative updates to SharePoint servers
- Ability to monitor, identify, and solve SharePoint server issues through log analysis
- Monitor backups and perform periodic restore testing
- Stay current on SharePoint technologies
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or industry related field
- Minimum 8 years of SharePoint 2010 Administration (Site creation, document libraries, lists etc.)
- Proficient in SharePoint Security administration and maintenance
- SharePoint 2007/2010 – Master pages, site features, site collections, web parts, solutions, document libraries and lists, search and FAST, content types, web applications, service applications, and blob storage.
- CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, and HTML – Creating and modifying scripts.
