Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephonic and Face to Face Description Lead Web developer with high level of initiative and creativity to rebuild existing web sites as well as build and lead development on new initiatives  • Required to know modern web development techniques in .NET using MVC as well as modern client side techniques  • Required to fully understand and be able to drive a source control pattern (branches, tags, etc.) and release strategy. Continuous Integration experience is a plus  • Required to have a sense of design and excellent presentation layer skills  • Ability to integrate content from multiple web sites  Technical Skills  • C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, LINQ and the Entity Framework  • Understanding of AD Groups, LDAP  • MVC .NET, including experience unit testing with MVC, TDD a plus  • Sql Server, and Oracle – solid understanding of database and performance implications on web applications  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, including but not limited to tools like JQuery including knowledge of HTML 5 and its impacts  • Deep understanding CSS including knowledge of HTML 5 and its impacts  • Knowledge of UX techniques and ability to make design decisions rooted in quality user experience  • Proven experience with Ruby on Rails, PHP or DJango  • Nice to have – experience using Linux, Perl, Python or Ruby
