MOI: Telephonic + F2F Technical Requirements: Key skills include 7+ years professional programming experience with recent experience using; C# ; NET 4.0 MS SQL 2008 development with ADO.NET & LINQ Agile/SCRUM application development lifecycle management Object-oriented programming Debugging, systems testing, and production support Understanding of development and programming principles Application architecture and design Experience with Silverlight,  Infragistics and or multithreading desired. Professional Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with minimal supervision. High level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability for actions required. Ability to develop, monitor, and track the progress of an action plan Self managed and motivated. General Requirements: Advanced degree in Engineering, Math or Science Ability to work in agile environment with changing requirements quickly Good communication skills and team work.
