Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephonic + Skype Technology Requirements: 8-10 years development experience 5+ years .Net / C# development experience MS Team Foundation Server SQL Server and SSIS MVC (Model-View-Controller; architecture pattern in .Net) SharePoint familiarity   General Development Requirements: Analyze, design, and code enhancements, develop programs and/or required fixes to production problems. Conduct structured code reviews and walk-throughs Utilize deep modeling, design and coding skills Resolve symbolic formulations, prepare flowcharts and block diagrams, and encode resultant equations for processing   Analysis and Design Requirements: Work with Functional Architects and Team Lead to gather and interpret user requirements into design specifications Develop system specifications and interfaces Work with users to ensure that solutions meet business requirements Technical Lead Requirements: Anticipate and resolve issues specific to the team Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Application Team. Develop contingency plans as necessary Confer with other business and technical personnel to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or feasibility of computer processing   Other Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter Be able to pass stringent background check
