Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephonic + F2F - Experience QA Tester (10+ Years of Experience) with a development background. - Candidate should be proficient with testing methodologies in a waterfall and iterative approach - At least 4 years of QA Lead experience coordinating test plans, cases, and resources across multiple projects - The candidate must be highly proficient with SQL, Oracle preferred - Extensive experience testing websites in a J2EE environment across multiple browsers, backend processing and data validation - A strong multi-tasker with solid analysis and problem-solving skills - Develop test plans, cases and scripts based on documented requirements such as workflows and use cases - Review, Analyze, Document and Manage defects/issues accurately and clearly - Work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external Development and QA Teams - Be flexible in working off-hours for testing and support - Insurance and Telematics experience a plus
