4-6 Yrs in IT and 3-4 Years of experience in TIBCO Development projects

·        Good understanding of TIBCO architecture and components ·        TIBCO Development experience on: TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapters (Database, Java, File) TIBCO Hawk (Creating Hawk rules) ·        Should be able to deliver concise & lucid documentation related to development ·        Need to have good customer facing skill and strong communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
