Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephonic and Face to Face Need USC/GC/EAD-GC Job Responsibilities:          Reviewing, analyzing, modifying, and programming systems. This includes encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs throughout the complete software development lifecycle.          Designing, testing, and implementing complex applications.          Assisting with application development and maintaining existing applications.          Providing technical support to team members and the department's helpdesk personnel when required.   Job Requirements:          Minimum of associate degree in Information Systems is required.          Strong technical knowledge of system development and application design principles and practices is required.          3-4 years of experience with .NET Development.  C# and VB.NET are the languages they use.           The manager will speak with candidates that have one or the other as long as they are willing to learn and work with the other language.            Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.          An ability to support complex systems is required.          Experience with remoting, web services, WCF, asynchronous method calls, Visual Studio, and Microsoft Windows Technologies is preferred.          Working technical knowledge of the software development life cycle and SQL Server experience is preferred.          Experience with DOTNETNUKE is preferred.
