I am a Staffing Specialist for IT Intellects Inc, a global company specializing in staffing both Consulting and Full Time positions.

Availability for a 40 hour work week- Primary work days/times: M-F from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm. Possible weekend times- it's best if candidates are flexible.

**Candidates need to be committed to the shift availability noted on their resume. If they change their mind at the time of the interview/offer, it is possible they will not be able to move forward.


Training Schedule starts at 9 am on the first Monday & then moves to 8-5 for 2 weeks.

Job description: Technical agents, have worked on technical Help Desk in the past (not things like 'turbo tax' or 'ticketmaster', etc).

We are looking for good agents who are not going to require a lot of training.

Candidates should have strong end user software knowledge.
