Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face Need Only USC,GC OR EAD GC Skills / Attributes Required   Operational / Production environment Experience Necessary 6(+) years experience as a developer.  3(+) years experience with .Net Framework 3.5/4.0, ASP.NET and C#.  6(+) years experience with SQL Server (2008 preferred) programming, database modeling, design and an ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.  Highly motivated individual with deep technology understanding, capable of learning and digesting new technologies rapidly.  Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines.  Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.  Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).  Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player  Must exhibit exceptional communication and relationship management skills.  Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers.
