·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business

·         Past project management experience

·         Should have experience of Human resource and recruitment process.

·         ABAP Understanding

·         Experience with SAP Configuration

·         Work experiences across multiple lines of businesses

·         Experience leading integrated design validation sessions and confirming business requirements

·         Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting (statutory and external)

·         Ability to identify information required to make critical business decisions
