(1)Role: BI/DW Project Manager
12 - 18 Years
Location: New Jersey
6 months contract
Required Qualifications:
Ø Minimum 15 to 18 years of experience working primarily in BI/DW space
Ø Strong experience in setting up and ongoing management of Integrated Competency Centers (ICC) / Center of Excellence (CoE) in the DW/BI and / or Analytics space
Ø Person should have experience in performing assessment of existing BI CoE by performing
Ø "As-Is" analysis / Discovery Phase
Ø "To-Be" analysis / Future State Design
Ø Gap Analysis
Ø Metrics and Measurement (M&M) Analysis
Ø Provide findings and Recommendations post assessment
Ø Person should also have experience in setting and managing BI CoE by performing following activities:
Ø Designing new KPIs and measures
Ø Developing new processes
Ø Defining best practices
Ø Setting up newly defined processes and best practices in the daily work culture of the CoE
Ø Communicating the newly setup processes and M&M to all internal and external stakeholders
Ø Managing the daily activities of CoE
Ø Measurement CoE performance over time and reporting desired vs actual performance for a period
Ø Communications management across all channels
Ø Strong experience in demand management of CoE resources
Ø Resource & capacity planning & management skills
Ø Strong experience in program and project management
Ø Should be well versed with project management techniques (PMP preferable)
Ø Ability to work with top management and management of their expectations
Ø Ability to deliver desired results
Ø Experience with the global service delivery model
Ø Strong conceptual and analytical skills
Ø Strong decision-making skills
(2)Role: SFDC Lead
Look for atleast 8+ years genuine candidates with 1-2 years of SFDC Lead experience
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 9-12+ Months Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Max Pay Rate: $60/Hour on c2c/1099 all inclusive
Description / Duties
- Development lead for the salesforce.com configuration, development / integration team
- Technical expertise and team leadership skills a must
- Expert guidance on best practices for configuration, development / integration and data migration in salesforce.com
- Reviews development / integration design
- Provides guidelines for usage of APEX Code, VF and other advanced customization in SFDC
- Develops Salesforce APEX Code, VF and other advanced customization in SFDC
- Implements enterprise integration strategy
- Technical issue management
- Unit testing
- Experience
Experience SFDC person with Salesforce development experience (3 years SFDC experience, 7-8+ years IT experience)
Excellent English communication skills, with demonstrable capability in handling complex requirement from clients based in the UK or US.
Admin 201 and Dev 401 certification
Experience of working with customization and configuration in Salesforce.
Excellent understanding in implementation including but not limited to:
Apex code (Triggers, classes, component etc..)
Visualforce components
SOQL statements
Experience in designing and implementing new salesforce object, workflow rules, custom layouts, and other salesforce customization
Experience working with Integration API
Have experience in Informatica integration into Salesforce.
Have experience in data migration from SQL server into Salesforce.
Experience with Unit and Systems Integration Testing
Have experience of working in an offshore model
Desirable
Additional Advanced Dev 501 or Advanced Admin certification would be an added advantage
Project or Program manager experience
Idealistically having completed at least two projects involving Informatica
Client facing experience
